Registration

Please read the following information before beginning registration:

Each regular registration includes attendance to all technical sessions, including:

· Workshop registration and materials.

· Two Lunches and one dinner.

· Coffee breaks during the workshop.

To qualify for the student rate, students are required to provide a copy of Student ID Proof by uploading a PDF through registration online.

Important Fee Information

Registration fees will increase after September 1, 2025:

· Regular Registration: from ¥2200 to ¥2600

· Student Registration: from ¥1100 to ¥1300

Note:

 In order to facilitate reimbursement, we will provide proof that Hangzhou Baibu Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. is the conference company of the  AHeDD 2025 conference, and the AHeDD 2025 registration fee is remitted to the account.
